1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Travel Wizard ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Travel Wizard provides digital marketing and social media management services, including but not limited to:

• Social media management and content creation
• Content marketing and SEO services
• Digital analytics and reporting
• Marketing strategy consultation
• Other related digital marketing services

3. Service Agreement and Payment Terms

3.1 Service Packages

Our services are offered as monthly packages with specific deliverables outlined in your service agreement. Custom packages may be available upon request.

3.2 Payment

• Monthly services are billed in advance
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable

3.3 Cancellation

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Refunds for partial months are not provided except where required by law.

4. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Grant necessary access to your social media accounts and platforms
• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Ensure compliance with platform terms of service
• Pay invoices on time
• Respect intellectual property rights

5. Our Responsibilities

Travel Wizard commits to:

• Deliver services as outlined in your service agreement
• Maintain professional standards and industry best practices
• Protect your confidential information
• Provide regular reporting and communication
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Content Ownership

Content created specifically for your brand belongs to you upon full payment. However, we retain the right to use anonymized case studies and general methodologies for marketing purposes.

6.2 Platform Access

You grant us necessary access to manage your accounts during the service period. We will not claim ownership of your social media accounts or profiles.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation continues after termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Travel Wizard's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month in which the claim arose. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Third-party platform changes or policies
• Results that depend on factors outside our control

9. Performance and Results

While we strive to achieve the best possible results, digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors. We do not guarantee specific results, follower counts, sales figures, or rankings.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or platform outages.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Arbitration under UK Arbitration Act if mediation fails

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of England and Wales.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of our services after notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
